Cream butter, peanut butter, ⅓ cup white sugar, and brown sugar together until fluffy
Add egg and vanilla
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt
Mix into peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated
Combine ⅓ cup of sugar and 2 Tablespoons cinnamon in a small bowl
