Roll dough to ¼” thickness. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Put cut shapes on baking sheet
Bake

Bake until slightly golden on edges. Transfer to wire baking rack to cool.
Ice

Combine icing ingredients until smooth. Use a toothpick to swirl food coloring. Dip cookies into icing.
