12ounceswhite chocolate, chips or blocks for melting
Place cookies on parchment paper.
Melt white chocolate 30 seconds in a microwave safe bowl. Stir. Continue to melt in 15 second increments until smooth.
Transfer melted chocolate into a piping or sealable bag. Snip the tip (just a little). Test on parchment, then gently squeeze onto cookies working in a star formation, move the bag back and forth quickly until it looks like a web.
Allow to set, then transfer to a platter.
Allow excess chocolate to dry. Peel off of the parchment paper and re-melt as needed.
Do not overheat chocolate. Stir well every 15 seconds as the heat of the melted chocolate will continue to melt remaining chocolate.
When icing cookies, keep moving for the prettiest, most realistic webs.
