In a large microwaveable bowl, add butter and marshmallows. Microwae in 30 second increments, stirring in between for approximately 2½ minutes, until smooth.
Add vanilla extra and green food coloring.
Quickly fold in cornflakes until completely covered.
Using a small cookie scoop or measuring cup, drop mixture onto greased wax paper or parchment.
Add 3 red candies to each to garnish while cornflakes are still warm
Allow to cool before transferring to a platter or storing.
